Irene’s Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
1 (8oz) pkg. small shell macaroni (cooked & drained)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tb. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
2 carrots, grated
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Directions
Mix all together and refrigerate (preferably overnight).
This makes a huge bowl of macaroni salad (and the recipe listed is half the original quantity). It’s a good choice for potlucks.
