This was our (my daughter and I) solution to Starbucks removing their awesome Pumpkin Chip Chocolate Cookie (also half-dipped in chocolate) from their menu back in 2008ish. We loved the Pumpkin Chip Chocolate Cookie and it was a fun treat that we shared together. I told my daughter I could come up with a recipe for something even better. And these cookies are way better. Enjoy!!
