Easy Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds meatballs
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package brown gravy
  • 1 bag egg noodles

Directions:

  1. Heat meatballs and 1 cup water thoroughly on stovetop
  2. Make gravy according to package
  3. Mix meatballs and sour cream into gravy on stovetop, adding salt and pepper to taste
  4. Heat over medium-low until simmering, do not boil
  5. Prepare egg noodles according to package
  6. Serve meatballs and gravy over cooked noodles
  7. Garnish with parsley, if desired
