Easy Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds meatballs
- 1 pint sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup water
- 1 package brown gravy
- 1 bag egg noodles
Directions:
- Heat meatballs and 1 cup water thoroughly on stovetop
- Make gravy according to package
- Mix meatballs and sour cream into gravy on stovetop, adding salt and pepper to taste
- Heat over medium-low until simmering, do not boil
- Prepare egg noodles according to package
- Serve meatballs and gravy over cooked noodles
- Garnish with parsley, if desired
