Public Health Case Study

You have been approached to work with a local university to develop a program designed to promote healthy eating behaviors and positive body image among first-year students living in on-campus residential halls. They are particularly concerned about the influence social media has on body image dissatisfaction and disordered eating behaviors among young people and want to develop a program that is free of anti-fat bias.

In researching  programs that might be effective, you have read articles describing an approach called intuitive eating and you wonder if this might be a good fit for their population.
