The videos included in this section were created to assist students of all levels to enhance their studying skills. These methods can be used for studying for midterms, finals, or even Boards. All three videos were a part of the Fall 2021 Weekly Wellbeing Academic Success Series.

Using an Interleaving Approach to Studying

This video shows you how you can use an interleaving study approach to enhance your understanding of your learning or metacognition. It is the first video of the series.

Using Exam Wrappers

This video is the second of the series and it focuses on how to use a study tool called exam wrappers to evaluate your studying in three stages, planning, monitoring, and adapting.

Making the Most Out of Your Flashcards

The final video of the series demonstrates how you can use flashcards to create a memory matrix or concept map, which are enhanced study tools.
