BeWELL – interprofessional wellbeing
BeWELL is a multifaceted, co-curricular, and interprofessional wellbeing initiative that provides health professional students with programming, activities, and physical spaces to nurture connection and belonging on an individual and community level. Programming incorporates community engagement, leadership development, equity and diversity, and community building.
From the Interprofessional Student Garden, to the BIPOC Health Professional Collective, to webinars and other activities, there are plenty of ways to nurture your wellbeing through BeWELL! All health professional students are automatically added to the monthly newsletters, and students can find more programming information on the BeWELL website.
The BeWELL initiative falls under the Center for Health Interprofessional Programs (CHIP). BeWELL programming is overseen by the HSEC Wellbeing Programming Committee, which includes members from across the health sciences, and collaborates with wellbeing experts across campus to provide accurate and relevant programming.
